Our mental attitude influence our ability to perceive our body.
Millions of signal are sent through the spinal cord to the base of the brain.
The message was clear for me that night.
YOU'RE A GUEST IN YOUR OWN BODY: TAKE CARE OF IT.
I left my body for a second and than come back.
The feeling towards my body was changed
from that night for the rest of my life.
