The real terrorist is the market and the generalized mercantilism. The market is the government and the government is the administration. The paradox of globalization is that behind a façade of post-industrial modernity and information technology, there is an ultra-liberal totalitarianism eating away democratic process. Geopolitical supremacy and economic neo-liberalism give no guarantees for all people to have satisfactory human development.

At the end of century the dominant dynamic is the globalization of the economy. This unique ideology, in which only one economic politic is possible, permits only some market criteria of new liberalism (competition, productivity, free-trade, profitability). Financial market rules are fixed and define the laws of the state; the economy has overcome politics. The economy is more disconnected from the social and refuses consequences like mass-unemployment and the lack of infrastructure produced by the adoption by the illogic of the globalization of the markets.

The global production of food represents more than 110% of the world’s real necessity while millions die from starvation and more than 800 million suffer from malnutrition. In this planet of 5 billion people inequalities go deeper and deeper. Only 500 hundred million live comfortably with 4.5 billion living below the poverty line and . In a planet where the fortune of 358 billionaires is superior to the annual per capita earnings of 46% of the poorest populations where 2 billion are without electricity.
